A Study on Aesthetic Treatment through a Coloring Method and a Color Symbol in Go-ryeo Period

    Abstract

    In this paper, In this study, we used a Go-ryo Dynasty coloring method and a symbol of color as a visual expression element for effective communication. The purpose of this study is to do basic research for application and production of cosmetic methods. The research method consisted of the methods and contents of the Eung-jang make-up method for Korean rituals through literature review on the age, person and method. The Yeon-ji and Gon-ji creations expressed in the Go-ryo Dynasty cremation show a perfect ideal triangle form through sky, person, and ground, a Korean aesthetic ideology, and a composition method that is characteristic of Go-ryo Dynasty painting. Through the round circle of Yeon-ji, the Korean Bashi-mi aesthetic idea is shown. The expressions of the white skin expressed in the makeup method and the addition of Yeon-ji and Gon-ji makeup on it were made using the primary colors. It was shown through utilization of Bae-chae method and Ba-lim method. The red color of yeonji and gonji in the makeup method showed an acupuncture and display characteristics in the characteristics of Yeon-ji makeup.
